延 边 大 学 （ 二 〇 〇 九 年 五 月  摘 要 目前，随着我国经济的快速发展,环境污染逐步恶化,成为可持续发展的“瓶颈”，海洋、河流、湖泊等受到了来自各方面不同程度的有机污染物的污染和破坏越为严重，不仅破坏了生物资源和生态平衡，还影响人类正常的生产生活。但是以往采集技术和样品前处理方面存在着种种问题，关于在水体中存在的浓度极低的持久性有毒有机污染物质的分布、行为以及对人类生态的影响研究还没有得到迅速的发展，并且没有包括对海水中浓度极低的持久性有毒有机物质的研究时所涉及的大容量海水前处理研究，所以本论文主要研究目的是利用喷雾(Spray)技术，进行液液喷雾萃取探究，研究大容量海水中的有毒有机污染物质的在线富集分析技术，利用该技术可以在短时间内有效地同时完成大容量海水中痕量有毒有机污染物的萃取和富集等前处理工作。 关键词：喷雾 液液萃取 溶剂 萃取 Abstract At present, economy develop rapidly , environmental pollution worsen step by step with our country, becoming sustainable development “bottleneck” ,ocean , rivers and lakes, etc. has been come from every aspect organic pollutants to varying degrees contaminate and destroy being more grave, not only the human being who has destroyed biological resources and ecological balance , has affected produces life regularly. But the sampling technology and sample in the past handle aspect in the front being having a variety of problem, about that organic extremely low deleterious thickness endurance pollutant there existing in middle in wave distribution , behavior study thickness is extremely low in not getting prompt development, and not including to seawater as well as to human being organisms habits effect endurance deleterious organic matter go into now and then related that high-capacity seawater front treatment .Therefore the thesis is main study purpose is make use of spraying [1. 2] technologies , the extractions carrying out liquid liquid spraying are probed into , are study online organic deleterious pollutant beneficiation in high-capacity seawater analyses a technology , are make use of the fronts such as extraction and beneficiation being a technologys turn to be able to accomplish high-capacity seawater within short time effectively at the same time to handle a job.
