【摘 要】安全问题一直都是关系社会和谐，国家发展，家庭和睦的重要课题。说到安全问题就不得不提道路交通安全，交通安全与我们每一个人的生活密切相关。作为一个世界的社会问题，道路交通安全已成为国际社会一大公害。据统计，二十世纪以来，因交通事故死亡的人数达到2235万人，这个数字比第一次世界大战中的死亡人数还多。校园交通安全作为交通安全的一个重要分支，自20世纪90年代后期开始的高等教育大发展以来，高校普遍扩大校区，校园道路变宽了、变长了、边多了，人流密集，交通安全管理的难度加大；校园路网结构不合理，公路质量低，通行条件差。湖南科技大学南北校结合部作为连接南校与北校的一个重要通道，事故发生率相对科大其他路段较高，因此，对南北校结合部两条道路进行交通安全系统分析研究是很有必要的，找出该路段交通事故发生的主要原因，对事故发生较多的道路交通安全系统采用系统分析法，提出减少交通事故发生率的对策及措施。 【关键词】 南北校区结合部 交通安全 事故分析　结论 预防措施 【Abstract】Security issues have always been the relationship between social harmony and national development , family harmony important issue. When it comes to security issues will have to mention road safety , traffic safety is closely related to our individual lives. As one of the world s social problems , road safety has become a major nuisance international community . According to statistics, since the twentieth century , the number of deaths due to traffic accidents reached 2235 million , a figure more than the number of deaths in the First World War . Campus traffic safety as an important branch of traffic safety , since the large-scale development of higher education began in the late 1990s , the university generally expanding campus, campus roads wider, longer, more edge , crowded , traffic safety management more difficult ; campus network structure is irrational , low quality of roads , poor traffic conditions . Hunan University of Science and Technology School North and South as an important channel junction connecting the south and north school school , the accident rate is high relative to other sections of HNUST , therefore, the north-south junction of two roads school traffic safety system analysis is necessary identify the main reason for the road traffic accidents , accidents more on road traffic safety system using system analysis, countermeasures and measures proposed to reduce the incidence of traffic accidents . 【Keyword】North and South Campus junction Traffic safety　 Accident analysis　　 Conclusion Preventive measure 第
