岗位评估工作是人力资源管理中一项重要的基础性工作,为公司构建合理的薪酬体系,尤其是岗位工资的范畴,提供了重要的依据。岗位评估的方法目前主要有四种:排序法、分类法、要素比较法和计点法。海氏岗位评估系统(Hay Guide-Chart Method of Job Evaluation))ABSTRACT
Job Evaluation is an important and fundamental work in HR management, since it provides important basis for setting up a rational salary system, especially for setting the range of position-based pay. There are mainly four methods in job evaluation: ranking, classification, factors comparison and points plans. Hay Guide-chart Method of Job Evaluation(Hay Method) is one of the point plan method, and one of the most popular and mature job evaluation system in the world.
The purpose of this thesis is to study the suitability and result by using Hay Method in China National Logging Corporation (CNLC).The conclusion of this thesis are: 1.The design of Hay Method n is based on scoring each salary-related factor for the job, which the result is quantitative and accurate, thus is applicable in the job evaluation practice in Chinese enterprises;2,Hay Method is relatively complicated, time-consuming and expensive, at the same time, we can only expect ideal result by this method based on professional evaluators and qualified Job Descriptions;3, Although Hay Method is a mature and scientific job evaluation system, it is also inevitably influenced by subjective judgment.
The creative point of this thesis is railing some suggestions based on the study of applying Hay Method in CNLC’s job evaluation, including: 1, Job evaluation needs to get understanding and support from employees and leaders in order to get the project run successfully;2,Job evaluation need to invite professional advisor and train internal evaluators to be Hay certified evaluation, in order to make sure it is performed professionally, objectively and accurately;3,In Form three of Hay method, the magnitude is in US$ terms, which is not applicable for Chinese enterprise because of the big exchange difference between these two c
