The basic principle of direct t orque control w as introduced. Then made use of the simulation model of the direct torque control sy st em based on Matlab/ Simulink, analy sed the influence of the flux and torque hysteresis w idth to the pulsations of stator current and t orque of induc- tion motor. T he results of simulat ion are iven, which are helpful for improvin the performance of the sys- tems.
