EDFA原理性能、生产工艺及失效原因分析 摘 要 随着通信技术的发展，通信网络在工业数据传输中的应用日益增多。目前在工业数据传输领域大多采用同轴电缆的通信方式进行，虽然经济实用，但在很大程度上限制了应用场合的拓展。为了使远距离的数据传输实现更灵活方便，本文选用EDFA技术进行远程数据的传输。EDFA网络具有网络覆盖率高、速率快等优势，已广泛应用于电力、铁路、石油等行业，这必将成为工业控制及远程监测等领域的发展趋势。 基于掺铒技术的EDFA系统主要由光模块和电模块组成，光模块完成核心的放大等功能，电模块完成相关的控制。模块的各组成部分的参数控制、工艺制程、失效模式是EDFA技术的关键。电模块的辅助使得EDFA的通信系统更易监控，本身的放大功能也更趋完善。 通过研究EDFA的核心技术，比较目前应用的各种放大模式，并通过分析目前的工艺及技术参数的实际控制，研究EDFA的实效模式，以提高生产控制力，促使EDFA模块的长远可靠性提升。 关键词：EDFA，数据传输，通信系统，失效分析 Principle of EDFA Performance, Production Process and Failure Cause Analysis ABSTRACT With the development of communication technology, communication network in the application of industrial data transmission is increasing.
