SPEECH OUTLINE OF ECFIC It is a great honor for ECFIC to invite top officials of MOFCOM, CGA, SAIC, MII, MOF, MOST, AQSIQ, General Office of the State Council and other relevant government departments as well as Beijing Municipality and Beijing Municipal Bureau of Commerce to merrily gathered with participants of foreign investment companies in the China World Hotel in Beijing on Feb., 12 evening for attending “ECFIC SPRING FESTIVAL RECEPTION，2007”ECFIC also gave all an address on the reception, extending the sincere appreciation to the relevant government departments and all the member companies for their great supports and concerns. He also gave the honorable awards to ECFIC working groups for their excellent performances and hard work in the past year. Led by Mr. Li Zhiqun, the director of the foreign investment department of MOFCOM, the outsourcing delegation took a visit in Japan from March 18th -23rd in 2007. Apart from the members of MOFCOM, this delegation was also composed by other 20 members of CIIP , some outsourcing base cities of China and ECFIC SECRETARIAT. The principle purpose of this visit was mainly to learn about the current situation and further requirments of Japnese enterprises on outsourcing business, and to seek more cooperation opportunies between Chinese and Japnese oursourcing market. The delegation respectively visited Sony, Fujixerox and Hitachi companies in Tokyo and Panasonic and NEC companies in Osaka from March 18th to 22th, holding the symposium on the oursourcing development situation with top leaders of the above mentioned five companies. From the symposium, the delegation learned lots of good experiences and suggestions of better developing outsourcing business，19th, the “ Symposium on Outsourcing of Multinational Companies” was held in the New Otani hotel in Tokyo as scheduled, sponsored by MOFCOM, and organized by CIIP and ECFIC.
