Projects covered included international strategy and corporate design, exploration of modes of entry into foreign markets, cultural adjustment as well as management of expatriate and local managers in subsidiaries of multinational corporations. In addition, he has served as a Human Resource Director for an international bank in London. Moshe Banai has conducted international and comparative studies in domestic and multinational corporations worldwide, the findings of which were published in 80 academic journals and books’ chapters. The studies have taken place in Austria, Belgium, Britain, China, Cuba, France, Germany, Hungary, India, Israel, Morocco, Netherlands, Russia, Turkey and Ukraine. Moshe Banai is a professor at Baruch College, the City University of New York. He has received his Ph.D. degree in Management from the London Business School in England, M.Sc. degree from Tel Aviv University, and B.A. from Ben-Gurion University. He has taught at Tel-Aviv University in Israel, the London Business School in England, InterAmericana University in Puerto Rico, Kazan State University in Russia, Kiev National University of Design and Technology in Ukraine, University of Salzburg for Applied Sciences, Austria, Shanghai University of Science and Technology in China, and Sydney Business School in Australia. Moshe Banai is the Chief Editor of the academic journal International Studies of Management and Organization.
