METHODS All strains w ere isolated and identified by routine procedure and VIT EK2 automatic bacterial ident ification inst rument. Minimum inhibitory concent ration (M IC) detection used agar plate dilution method follow ing the standand of CLSI. PCR was used to amplif y the ESBLs genes. Dat a w ere analyzed by SPSS. RES LTS Seventyseven st rains of P . aer ug inos a w ere isolated from clinical infect ious specimen. The MIC of piperacillin/ t azobactam w as up to 256 g/ m l and 90 cefoperazone/ sulbact am and imipenem w ere 128g/ ml and 32g/ ml, respectively. MIC90 of meropenem and pazufloxacin w ere both up to 16g/ ml. Among 77 P. aer ug inos a strains, 21 strains were positive of ESBLs gene w ith PCR detect ion, the ratio w as 27. 3% .
