It analyzes the characteristics and status quo of nonferrous metal mineral resources in our country: most deposits in our country are multicomponent associated mineral resources with abundant secondary resources but low developed. Concrete measures are then put forward to launch the comprehensive utilization of mineral resources in the low -carbon economic mode in which clean production is believed to be important condition. And the comprehensive utilization of nonferrous metal mineral resources, especially the comprehensive utilization of secondary resource are the keys of realizing
