A fter ana ly zing the developing regu lars of m anagem en t theo ry, the artic le presented the deve loping routes. Based on the cond ition of fully understanding o f w estern m anagem en t theo ries, the Ch inese contex t of m anagem en t, the norma l sc ientif ic parad igm, the article show ed that the effi c ient w ay to the research of managem ent theory w as to so lve the m anagem ent prob lem s in Ch inese corporate practices and to rea lize the innova tion o f theo ry.
