It consists variable size of display screen with LED dot matrix modules. It grows rapidly in Flat Panel Screen for the mainstream products with high reliability, long service life, a strong ability to adapt to the environment, the high cost-performance characteristics in the short span of the last 10-odd years. ?This paper mainly introduces the principle, classification and design of LED Electronic Billboards. Based on the monolithic integrated circuit AT89S52 as the core LED electronic display system program changes, it can also change the move style and speed of the display content and so on. The paper gives the hardware and software on the implementation process; It is simple in design ,cheap in cost and high in reliability. It is mainly used in sitting rooms, stations, squares and other public places.
