摘 要 本设计包括三个部分:一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。 一般部分为柴里煤矿1.2Mt/a新井设计。共分10章:1.矿区概述及井田地质特征;2.井田境界和储量;3.矿井工作制度及设计生产能力、服务年限;4.井田开拓;5.准备巷道布置;6.采煤方法;7.井下运输;8.矿井提升;9.矿井通风与安全技术;10.矿井基本技术经济指标。 柴里煤矿位于藤县县煤田南部,滕州市西岗镇境内,南北长约8.66km,东西宽约5.50km,面积约29.5km2。主采煤层为3号煤,平均厚9.45m,井田地质条件简单。矿井工业储量为187.28Mt。矿井正常涌水量为280m3/h,最大涌水量为700m3/h。矿井瓦斯涌出量低,为低瓦斯矿井。 矿井为立井暗斜井延伸两水平开拓,大巷采用胶带输送机运煤,辅助运输采用矿车运输,矿井通风方式为中央边界式通风。一矿一面,矿井采用倾斜长壁综合机械化放顶煤开采法。 矿井年工作日为330d,每天净提升时间16h。矿井工作制度采用“四六”制,三班生产、一班准备。 专题部分题目是沿空留巷围岩控制技术研究。主要是对当前国内煤矿中沿空留巷现状分析和其应用的前景。 翻译部分的英文题目为:Study on Critical, Modern Technology for Mining in Gassy Deep Mines。 Abstract The design is included three parts: the general part, special subject part and the translatied part. The General part is a new design of Chai coal mine No.1.2 mine, this design includes 10 chapters: 1. Outline of the mine field geology. 2. Boundary and the reserves of mine. 3. The service life and working system of mine. 4. Development engineering of coalfield. 5. The layout of panels. 6. The method used in coal mining. 7. Transportation of the underground. 8. The lifting system of the mine. 9. The ventilation and the safety operation of the mine. 10. The basic economic and technical norms. Chai Li coal mine located in the southern sector, Tengzhou City West Gang Town, The run of the mine field is 8 .66 km, the width is about 5.50 km, mine farmland total area is 29.5 km2. The main coal mining layer 3, the average thickness of 9.45m, The coalfield geological condition is simple. Mine industrial reserves 187.28Mt. The normal flow of the mine is 280 m3 percent hour and the max flow of the mine is 700 m3 percent hour. Mine gas emission is low, for low gas mine. Mine Shaft Inclined Shaft extension for the two levels of development, roadway used to transport coal conveyor belt, auxiliary transport by tramcar transport, mine ventilation for the central border ventilation. Mine side, mine with mechanized long-wall top coal caving method. The working system “four-six” is used in the Chaili No.1.2 mine. I
