It shows that increasing synthetic temperature to 870 ~ 900 is useful to formation of main crystalline phase, and high compact ceramics samples are obtained sintered at 1 130. After studied on the effects of polarizing factors on the piezoelectric properties in the system, it shows that polarizing temperature range over 80~100 and 4 MV/m polarizing electric field are appropriate for gaining better piezoelectric properties.
