THE WEEK THAT WAS WEEK 12 PEAK FOR THE WEEK COMMENCING 18th March 2012 (WEEK 12) AP 5+ saw a slight increase in PUTs of 3% this week while small declines were experienced across all other key trading demographics. AP 18-39 experienced the highest loss of 3%, and 18-49 recorded a small 1% decline. Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday Friday nights all experienced growth YOY, with Friday recording the highest lift of 8% against AP 5+. Source: Nielsen TAM. TVNZ Mediaworks against AP 18-54, SKY against AP 18-49, TV3 includes TV3 and TV3+1. C4/FOUR against AP 18-49 TV ONE HIGHLIGHTS AP 25-54 For Week 12, TV ONE experienced an audience gain of 6% (to 8.2 ratings) with share also increasing (to 22.8%). Year on year, both audience share losses were reported. Monday night experienced the highest weekly lift of 12% with ONE News and Close Up improving ratings YOY Year to date, TV ONE’s average audience is sitting at 7.5, compared to 9.2 in 2011. Four shows were in the top 10 programmes this week. From a yearly perspective, audience losses and share declines were recorded. Wednesday night reported the highest weekly lift of 16% with majority of shows showing improved performances WOW. TV2’s average audiences are sitting at 7.8 compared to 9.1 last year. All of the top 10 programmes this week were on TV2.
