总成本领先战略产业组织模型的研究.doc

南京航空航天大学硕士学位论文  摘  要  随着全球资源的紧张和价格上涨，有些人认为总成本领先战略已经“过时”，所以企业必须 放弃总成本领先战略，走差异化战略。本文依据总成本领先战略、产业组织理论、博弈论三大 完善理论体系，对总成本领先战略进行产业组织博弈模型建立、分析和探讨，得到总成本领先 战略实施的科学性。 此前，理论界和企业界对总成本领先战略的问题有许多探讨，理论界有了大量的博弈论模 型为我们研究提供了理论基础，国内外学者对库诺特产量竞争模型和伯川德价格竞争模型讨论 为本研究提供了模型基础，但是对总成本领先战略产业组织模型研究却很少，这样就为研究课 题提供了很大空间，因此，本文试图把总成本领先战略的思想引入到博弈模型中来，从而在此 方面有所创新。 本论文从两方面入手:一方面借助新产业组织理论研究方法——博弈论来对总成本领先战 略进行了模型建立和分析，最后证明了总成本领先战略能够实现的科学性,总成本领先战略并不 过时；另一方面，通过对四个企业总成本领先战略的评价，得到总成本领先战略的可行性。可 行性和科学性两方面都说明了总成本领先战略并不“过时”，只要能够很好的理解和运用，总成 本领先战略是企业在行业竞争中获得竞争优势的可取战略。 关键词：总成本领先战略，博弈论，库诺特模型，伯川德模型 I 总成本领先战略产业组织模型研究 Abstract With the increasing of the price of global resource and its shortage, some people take the view that the strategy of Overall Cost Leadership is “old-fashioned”. Thus, the enterprises must quit this strategy and start on the rode of diversity. On the basis of the excel system of three theories called Overall Cost Leadership and industrial organizing theory and game theory, this paper carry out the establishing and analysis and discussion of the industrial organizing Game model of Overall Cost Leadership. At earlier time, there exits many discussion and reasearches in theory circle and business circle,which bring us many game models that become the basis of our study. The two competition models called Cournot output and Bertrand price that discuss by scholars at home or abroad bring me the basis of this study ,but there are few studies involving industrial organizing models under the background of Overall Cost Leadership,which bring me much space to dig in. therefore, I try to introduce the Overall Cost Leadership into game model , and making some innovation. This paper carries out two ways to support this view: for one aspect, establishing and analysising the Overall Cost Leadership models through game theory, which is one of the methods in new industrial organizing theory, and prove the scientific of the realization of Overall Cost Leadership; For another expect, prove the feasibility of Ove
