Absrtact
The text introduces a PID controller which is designed by Labview8.6 .PID controller is a linear controller, which has such advantages as simple principles, easy setting, convenient application and strong control performance. It can quickly and exactly define three parameters—P、I、D—for linear control system below three orders, and accurately determine the step response curve of the open loop and the closed loop systems. At the same time, may give the control system split-ring or the closed loop step response.
Because of the simple structure, easy to realize, and the strong robustness, the PID controller is widely applied in each commercial run control. As one kind of widespread control rule, the PID control in quite long period of time, has not been eliminated because of each kind of advanced control algorithm appearance, on the contrary, the process time test, the PID control was still occupying the dominant position in each kind of control technology.
Along with the computer technology, the large scale integrated circuit technology and the communication technology rapid development, the instrument area of technology has had the huge change, the hypothesized test technology has introduced the instrument domain.
