Bill of quantities valuation is a division of the combination of top-down valuation method.This topic is based on the basic principle of list valuation, in accordance with the relevant specification, bill of quantities of a residential area is carried out, and the compilation of tender control price.Mainly completed quantity calculation, the calculation of reinforcement engineering, template engineering calculation, scaffolding engineering calculation, decoration engineering calculations,and the compilation of bidding price control the quantities bill valuation, in order to finish the whole course of list valuation.And the preparation of a bid assessment scheme based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, combining the project instance analysis.
