FM泄爆系统工程 概述： 针对危险易爆物品区域，提供FM泄爆系统(包含窗、墙、屋顶及门)，将爆燃所产生的压力泄于室外，以减少对建筑物结构的冲击波所造成的损害。泄爆系统应使用以下位置: 化学品仓储。 可燃气体室。 有毒溶剂室。 锅炉间。 气体灭火泄压口。 参考规范： 符合以下标准之可行要求。当这些标准要求相冲突时，以最严格之要求为准。 GB 50016-2006 建筑设计防火规范。 GB/T 8478-2008 铝合金门窗 美国工厂保险联盟(FM 1-44: Damage Limits Construction)。 功能需求: 泄爆系统之面板厚度必须≥ 50mm，重量≤ 20kg/m2，内衬材料需具有防火保温功能，其导热系数需≤ 0.043 W/(m·k)，不燃性为A级，设置FM认证之泄爆装置，以满足泄爆时脱落泄压要求。 泄爆压力值设置为窗/墙/门: 20 - 40Psf (0.96KPa – 1.92KPa), 屋面: 60 - 80Psf (2.88KPa – 3.84KPa)，在此压力值下系统能顺利开启。 泄爆系统需满足三性试验之要求，抗风压性能: P3 ≥ 3KPa，水密性能: △P ≥ 100Pa，气密性能: q1 ≤ 4.0 m3/(m·h), q2 ≤ 12.0 m3/(m·h)。 外观需求: 产品组装后于工厂进行最后涂饰(粉沫喷涂)，涂饰后之外露表面在运送前需用防护被覆，在完成涂饰过程后外露表面有可见之刮痕或损伤应除去。 提交: 泄爆测试报告。 水密、气密及抗风压测试报告。 FM泄爆装置进口海关证明。 FM 1-44及GB 50016-2006泄爆面积计算书。 二次深化施工详图，并且提交设计师确认通过。 参考制造厂商: 上海康巨 (CONSPEC) FM Explosion Systems Specification Summary FM explosion systems (including windows, walls, roofs and doors), for placing dangerous explosive materials area, deflagration pressure generated is released to the outside, in order to reduce the damage caused by the shock waves of the building structure. Performance Requirements Explosion system panel thickness must be ≥ 50mm, weight ≤ 20kg/m2, lining materials need to have the fire insulation, thermal conductivity ≤ 0.043 W / (m ? k), Class A incombustible, set the FM Approved explosive fasteners, in order to meet the explosion venting off pressure relief requirements.
