Methods 74 patients w ith CMV hepatitis w ere allocated randomly into 2 roups: patients in contrastin roup received conventional treatment, patients in treatin roup received conventional treatment + Lacteol 1 tablet bid po. The course of therapy w ere tw o w eeks in all patients. Results The value of T B, DB, A ST was obviously lower in t reatin roup t han that in contrast in roup ( P 0. 05) . Conclusion Microecolo ical preparation in combination with convent ional t reatm ent w ere definitely beneficial to the pat ients with CMV hepatitis.
