MET ODS The content of B- glucan determ ined by phenol - sulfuric acid m ethod , Congo red m ethod , tw o enzym es method and modif ied two enzymes m ethod , respectively and compare these four methods. RESULTS The two enzym es m ethod and the modified tw o enzym es method w ere better in accuracy and precision than the other methods.
