毕 业 题目:《20亿3煤制天然气项目气化装置灰锁及水力排渣工艺浅》 摘要 本次依据新天年产20亿立方米煤制天然气项目气化工艺灰锁排灰及水力排渣艺工段。本装置加压气化装置是赛鼎工程有限责任公司负责设计。本装置由22台碎煤加压气化炉(包括煤溜槽、煤锁、气化炉、洗涤冷却器、灰锁、废热锅炉等配套设备)组成,按三个框架布置,其中A、C框架各为7台气化炉,B框架为8台气化炉。总产气量946524Nm3/h(干基),单台炉生产能力43024Nm3/h,总耗煤量582t/h,总耗氧量126280Nm3/h,过热蒸汽总耗量733.7t/h。每台气化炉同时配置了灰锁和辅助的水力排渣系统。灰锁和水力排渣系统紧密衔接,为气化炉的排灰排渣就像人体的排泄系统,至关重要,以保证气化炉正常生产。首先介绍灰锁和水力排渣在气化炉工段中的位置,地位和作用,其次针对新天煤化工煤制气,对灰锁排灰和水力排渣过程中涉及到的技术进行初步详细的分析(包括灰锁,水力排渣工艺的原理及流程、开停车操作程序、工艺参数指标,常见故障处理等),然后对灰锁,水力排渣系统中所用的设备——桥式抓斗机的开停车操作步骤要点以进行详细分析,最后简述灰锁和水力排渣系统的其异常处理。 关键词The basis of Xintian the basis Xintian with an annual output of 20 billion cubic meters of natural gas coal projects gasification ash lock row ash and hydraulic slag removal art section.
