西南石油大学本科毕业设计(论文)炼油厂生产废水处理工艺设计 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 36 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 1 摘要本文主要介绍炼油厂生产处理的背景、目的意义、工艺流程的比较和选择、各构筑物的原理和功能特点以及各部分构筑物的设计计算,通过对组合工艺各级处理方法运行及处理效果的比较选出了一套工艺流程,最终达到提高炼油厂生产废水处理效率和减小环境二次污染风险的目的,使处理后的水达到国家《综合废水排放标准》一级标准,并可以作为重要的回用水资源,缓解水资源紧缺的状况。本设计中的这套工艺是在参考“老三套”工艺的基础上加以修改的,它具有适应性强、操作简单、运行费用低、投资省、效率高、占地小;设计合理,电耗省;机电仪实现了一体控制、操作方便、维护简单的特点。根据处理量对单体设备的尺寸进行了设计,根据计算结果和各个设备的特点进行了选型,选用的涡凹气浮机,浅层气浮机和曝气生物滤池能够达到处理要求,设计出的工艺流程可以达到设计要求,实现回用。关键词:炼油厂生产废水;涡凹气浮机;浅层气浮机;曝气生物滤池 AbstractThis paper mainly introduces the background, the production processing refinery purpose, process flow comparison and selection, principles and functions of the various structures characteristic and each part design calculation, through structures at various levels of combination technology processing methods of operation and treatment effect comparative selected a set of processes, achieve finally improve refinery wastewater treatment efficiency and reduce production environment secondary pollution risk with purpose, make water reach national emission standard of the integrated wastewater, and can be used as a primary standards of recycle water, alleviate an important water resource scarcity situation. The design of this process is in reference to old three sets of technology based on the modified, it has strong adaptability, simple operation, low operating cost and low investment, high efficiency, covers an area of small; Reasonable design, energy saving; Mechanical and electrical apparatus realized integrated control, convenient operation, simple maintenance characteristics.
