Abstract:The applicati n study f Bi techn l gy in t bacc , especially enzyme degradati n and micr be fermentati n, has be-
c me a heat p int f present scientists c ncerned. The researches include t bacc leaf fermentati n by utilizing s me useful and
prep nderant bacteria which can increase ar ma f cigarettses and decrease ferment time, l w graded t bacc leaf, pipe r bl ck
treatment by applying pr teinase, cellulase and amylase and s n, which can decrease stimulating d ur fr m burning pr tein and
impr ve industy usability. The article simply summarizes pr gress n applicati n research f micr be and enzyme in t bacc fer-
