袋式除尘器的现状和发展 摘要 针对我国大气污染严重的问题，分析我国袋式除尘器的现状和发展，并介绍了袋式除尘器的除尘原理、主要结构以及对在日常常见的几种型号的除尘器进行简单说明；结合自己所学习的除尘方面的知识和参照从环保设备公司搜集的资料对袋式除尘器的设计参数有了初步了解；通过和其他三种类型的除尘器的对比突出袋式除尘器性能、性价比的优越性，间接证实了袋式除尘的发展前景。并具体以柳林县的石灰厂为案例进行分析，说明石灰厂、水泥厂等重型污染企业在除尘器选型方面的影响因素。最后提出我国袋式除尘行业存在的问题，并且针对这些问题提出改进措施。本文重点在于对袋式除尘器的设计参数以及类似石灰厂、水泥厂除尘设备的选型的认识 关键词：袋式除尘器、参数、原理、选型 The Present Situation and Development of Bag Filter Abstract Aiming at the serious air pollution in China, analyses the present situation and development of bag filter, and introduces the dust removal mechanism and main structure of the bag filter and in the daily several common model which makes a simple instructions; Combining with own knowledge of dust and referencing to the data which searches from environmental protection equipment company understands design parameters about on the dust filter; Compared with other three types of filter，indicating to the superior function and performance ratio of the bag filter, and showing the development prospects of the bag filter. And in the specific case of the lime factory in Liulin, explaining about the factor of lime factory、cement factory and other heavy pollution enterprise on selecting to precipitator. Finally puts forward some problems existing in the bag dusting industry, and improvement measures proposed to solve these problems.
