Result s N B4 and HL - 60 cells diff erentiat ed morphologically aft er t reatment w it h A T RA w hile K 562 cells did not differentiat e. T ypical apoptosis w as found in each cell line aft er t reatment w it h red orpi ment . Immuno- fluorescence analysis show ed aft er treatm ent w ith A T RA fusion protein disappeared in N B4 cells and PM L prot ein because relocated, w hile HL - 60 and K562 cells h ad no difference from con t rol cells.
