Abstract: The relationship between microstructure and mechanical properties w ere investigated through hotrolling
tests, scanning electron microscopy, TEM observation and analysis of E SD technology. T he results show that
G + AF are the primary microstructures, and AF is typical of long needlelike structure. the quasi polygonal ferrite
transformed from massive ferrite is the main structure, containing a lot of interior dislocation and further forming
the high dislocation density of dislocations cell, and distributing small precipitates in dislocation lines w ith high
strength and good impact toughness. The w ideangle grain boundary is about 88% of the total grain boundary ob
served, wideangle grain boundary are mainly distributed i
