1 811例先天性唇腭裂患者临床资料的统计和分析 　　作者：王旭义,李光早　　作者单位：233004 蚌埠医学院第一附属医院整形外科 　　【摘要】目的 了解皖北地区先天性唇腭裂的流行病学特征，为其病因学研究提供一条线索。方法 对2005年1月-2007年12月间在我院进行手术的1811例先天性唇腭裂患者的病例资料进行分类整理，并进行统计学分析。结果 唇腭裂各类型性别比例差异有显著性，左右侧比较无统计学意义，城乡分布、区域分布差异有统计学意义。结论 唇腭裂各类型中，CLP最为常见;各类型中单侧多于双侧，左侧多于右侧;各类型中除了CP男性发病多于女性。 　　【关键词】 先天性唇腭裂，临床资料，统计分析 　　Clinical statistics and analysis of 1811 cleft lip and palate cases　　Wang Xuyi, Li Guangzao　　Department of Plastic Surgery, the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College, Bengbu 233004 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the epidemiological characteristics of congenital cleft lip and palate patients in the northern part of Anhui province in the last three years .In order to provide a clue for the etiology research.Methods The surgical data obtained from the operations preformed in our hospital on the 1811 cleft lip and palate cases were collected and classified over the past three years. Then a statistic analysis was made.Results The ratio of sex in the various types of cleft lip and palate cases has a significant difference. There was urban and rural distribution, regional distribution, but no significant difference between the left and right sided cases.Conclusion Cleft lip with palate was the most common type. Unilateral were more common than bilateral in the various types of cleft lip and palate cases. Left- sided defects were more common than right-sided defects in these cases. The male is more likely to have a cleft lip and palate than the female patients. The average first operation age has been decreased. 　　[Key words] Cleft lip and palate; Clinical information; Statistics and analysis 　　先天性唇腭裂是人类最常见的出生缺陷之一，我国亦属于高发地区约为1.625‰ [1，2]。本文通过对我院自2005年至2007年间施行手术的1 811例(主要是微笑列车项目资助的患者)唇腭裂患者的病例资料进行回顾性统计分析，为其病因学研究提供一条线索。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1 临床资料 本组共收集整理我院2005年1月-2007年12月间唇腭裂患者病例1 811例，其中男性：1 237例，女性∶574例，男∶女=2.16∶1;单纯唇裂(only cleft lip，OCL)397例，单纯腭裂(only cleft palate，OCP)352例，唇裂合并腭裂(cleft lip with palate， CL+P)1054例;共接受手术2436次，平均1.35次/
