TENANCY AGREEMENT 租 赁 协 议 This Tenancy Agreement is made on this [ Date ] by and between [ ] (hereinafter referred to as Landlord), and Oracle(China) Software Systems Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Tenant). 本承租协议于[ ]年[ ]月[ ]日由[ ](下称“出租方”)和甲骨文（中国）软件系统有限公司 (“承租方”)签署。 Landlord and Tenant hereby mutually agree, pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, as follows: 出租方和承租方在此根据本协议的条款条件一致同意达成下列协议： 1.
