本 科 生 毕 业 论 文（设计） 心理距离对中国企业OFDI进入模式选择的影响研究 姓名与学号 指导教师 　 年级与专业 国际经济与贸易 所在学院　　 经济学院　 中文摘要 通过研究心理距离对进入模式选择的影响，我们试图给积极实施“走出去”战略的中国企业在对外投资进入模式的选择上提供理论指导，并为我国政府制定国内企业“走出去”的支持政策提供理论依据。 本文根据Dow、Karunaratna（2006）提出的度量心理距离的五个指标——语言差异，宗教差异，教育水平差异，工业发展水OFDI进入模式选择的影响。研究结果显示：心理距离五个指标中的三个维度——教育水平差异、工业发展水平差异和民主差异影响中国企业OFDI进入模式的选择。其中教育水平差异和工业发展差异与中国企业OFDI合资的进入模式呈正相关，民主差异与中国企业OFDI合资的进入模式呈负相关。 关键词：中国企业；跨国投资；进入模式；心理距离 Abstract I aim at the relationship between psychic difference and choice of Chinese enterprises entry mode in order to provide theoretical guidance for Chinese enterprise who positively carries out going out policy and to offer theoretical basis for Chinese government when it makes positive policy for domestic enterprises OFDI. In this paper, based on 5 indexes of psychic distance measurement from Dow Karunaratna(2006)s research, I try to study psychic distances influence on entry mode of Chinese Enterprises OFDI. The five indexes include language difference, religion difference, education difference, industrial development difference and democracy difference. The result of research is that psychic distances three indexes--education difference, industrial development difference and democracy difference--have influence on entry mode of Chinese Enterprises OFDI. In addition, education difference as well as industrial development have the positive correlation with joint venture mode of Chinese Enterprises OFDI. While democracy difference has the negative relationship with joint venture mode of Chinese Enterprises OFDI.
