2014年 12月 首 都 医 科 大 学 学 报 Dec. 2014 第35卷 第6期 Journal of Capital Medical University Vol.35 No.6 [doi:10.3969/j.issn.1006-7795.2014.06.026] ·临床研究 · 45例老年的全血细胞减少症的临床分析 赵 靖* (江苏省常州市第七人民医院血液肿瘤内科,江苏常州213011) 【摘要】 目的 探讨老年全血细胞减少症的病因分析。 方法 选取2009年1月至2013年1月在江苏省常州市第七人民医院 治疗的45例老年全血细胞减少症患者作为研究对象,回顾性分析老年全血细胞减少症患者的的临床资料。 结果 45例老年全 血细胞减少症患者中,非血液系统疾病31例,血液系统疾病12例,不明原因2例。 非血液系统疾病白细胞减少和贫血多表现为 轻、中度,血液系统疾病的白细胞和红细胞减少多为中、重度,血小板减少为极重度,三系血细胞减少程度差异有统计学意义(P 0.05)。 结论 应重视老年全血细胞减少的原因,除造血系统疾病的原因以外,非造血系统疾病占相当比例,分析其病因,以便减 少其误诊率和漏诊率,进一步提高诊断准确率。 【关键词】 全血细胞减少;老年;病因分析 【中图分类号】 R55 Clinical analysis of45 patients with geratic pancytopenia(PCP) Zhao Jing* (Department of Hematological Neoplasms,Seventh Peoples Hospital of Changzhou,Changzhou213011,JiangsuProvince,China) 【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the etiology of the geratic pancytopenia(PCP). Methods Forty-five patients with geratic Pancytopenia collected from January 2009 to January 2013 in our hospital were selected and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among the 45 cases of geratic Pancytopenia, 31cases were non-hematologic systemic diseases, 12 cases were hematologic systemic diseases, and the other 2 cases were of other reasons. The clinical symptoms of the non-hematologic systemic diseaseswere mild or moderate leucopenia and anaemia,while moderate or severe decreases of three-line blood cells happened in the hematologic systemic diseases. Therewasa significant differencebetweenthe decrease degreeof thethree-lineblood cellsintwo kindsof diseases(P0.05). Conclusion The geratic Pancytopenia should be paid attention to. Both hematologic systemic diseases and non- hematologic systemic diseases might be its causes. The pathogenesis should be analyzed so as to reduce the rate of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis. 【Key words】 pancytopenia;t
