摘要 本文首先论述了耀江,文欣苑拟建场地工程地质条件及水文地质条件,在建筑物初步建筑设计的基础上确定结构方案,选择合理的结构体系为框架结构;进行结构布置,并初步估算,确定结构构件尺寸,接着进行了层间荷载代表值的计算,结合岩土工程分析,对地基的稳定性、适宜性、不良地质现象做出工程地质条件评价。根据建筑物荷载及地基土工程特征,对场地基础方案进行对比及可行性分析,选择方形桩基,桩长11.7米,并计算了桩基承载力及地基沉降,验算了承台的抗弯、抗剪、抗冲切稳定性。最后,指出了桩基施工中应注意的几个问题,提出了相关的措施。 关键词 工程地质条件 桩基 内力分析 沉降 承载力 承台验算 Abstract The thesis firstly concentrates on the hydrogeology and engineering geologic condition of Wenxinyuan in Zhejiang Yaojiang and evaluates its engineering geologic condition In the structural design of buildings set on the basis of preliminary architectural structures; Reasonable choice for the structural system framework structures; Structural layout, and preliminary estimates to determine the structural components of size, followedby a layer of value-load calculations,.Evaluate the stability and suitability of foundation and not good geological phenomenon according to rock and soil condition. Considering the load of architecture and the engineering character of ground earth, schemes of foundation are compared to and the suitable kind of foundation is selected,The long of pile was 11.7m, and then, the thesis calculates bearing capacity of pile foundation and verifies stability of pile cap. Finally, the thesis points out some problems which should be concerned in construction of foundation and puts forward correlated measures, moreover, it gives some feasible advice .
