So, the research in this field should be in the system of international law , start from the exchange rate system historical evolution, through the analysis of the specific st ipulation of the related international law , then find the core of the surveillance in exchange rate and regime choice. With the analys is in nomology and related economic research, I present the new standard of the exchange rate determination . Uni fies the Chinese economy development the characteristic, proposed suggest ion to the overall strategy of Renminbi ex change rate and the exchange rate system question, offers a few ordinary introdu ctory remarks so that others may of fer their valuable ideas, and to the corresponding economical, the legal laws and regulations construction has a ben efit.
