摘 要 改革开放以来浙江省在引进外资方面取得了巨大的成就。引进外资的总量在全国居于领先地位。但外商直接投资在各产业间和各行业间的分布是极不平衡的 ，主要集中在第三产业和制造业中。但随着经济的发展第三产业将在吸引外资、促进就业方面显示出巨大的潜力，成为吸引外资投入的重大领域。就业一直是浙江省面临的一个严峻的问题 ,对于一个人口基数庞大的浙江省来说要切实解决好劳动力的 就业问题是非常困难的， 而外商直接投资的引进对带动本国或本地区就业增长具有一定的积极作用。本文从就业数量、产业就业、就业质量三方面来探讨外商直接投资对浙江省就业效应的影响。以期提出一些对策 使外商直接投资在促进浙江省就业方面发挥最大的效用。 关键词： ABSTRACT Since reform and opening up, Zhejiang Province has made great achievements in attracting foreign investment. The total amount of foreign investment brought is in a leading position nationwide. However, foreign direct investment in the industry and the inter-industry distribution is extremely uneven, mainly concentrated in the tertiary industry and the manufacturing sector. But with the development of economy, the tertiary industry will show great potential in attracting foreign investment and promoting employment. it will become the key area of attracting foreign investment. The employment has been a stern question which Zhejiang Province faces. For a large population base in Zhejiang Province, it is very difficult to solve the labor force employment problem for Zhejiang Province .But the foreign direct investments introduction plays an active role in our country or this local employment growth .This article discusses the effects of employment that foreign direct investment brings to the Zhejiang Province from the employment quantity, the industrial employment and the employment quality to give some measurements to display the biggest effectiveness that foreign direct investment brings to the employment of zhejiang.
