摘 要
本次设计是大同矿区四老沟矿4#煤层。该矿位于大同煤田东北端,距大同市25Km,距口泉站5.3Km。井田内有公路贯穿,交通方便。
据井田地质资料:该井田煤层平均厚度为2.1m,经鉴定为低瓦斯矿井,瓦斯相对涌出量平均为0.1m3/t。煤层有爆炸危险性。煤的自燃倾向等级为易自燃。根据矿井涌水量预测,该矿井正常涌水量为3800m3/d。
设计采用斜井煤门单水平开拓方式,共开掘有两个进风井(主斜井、副斜井)和一个回风井。井田共划分有四个盘区,开采煤层为4#。矿井采煤方法为综合机械化开采方式,综合机械化掘进,生产区队设置有:一个综采队和两个机掘队。
矿井达产时的首采工作面位于401盘区,该盘区划分为20个区段,工作面长度为200m,推进长度为2000m,回采顺序采用后退式、回采工艺中厚煤层单一走向长壁综合机械化采煤法,采用“四·六制”作业制度。采空区采用全部跨落法管理顶板。
