Methods Immunohistochemical staining by SP t echnique was used to detect the expression and distribut ion of perforin and granzyme B in the lymphoma tissue microarray, composed of 60 cases of lymphoma. 9 cases of NK/ Tcell lymphoma routine sections were used for relative research, and 10 cases of react ive lymphoid hyperplasia w ere also used for comparison. Results In the tissue microarray, originated from the nodal and extra- nodal sites were 48 cases and 12 cases, respectively; consisting of 42 cases of Bcell lymphoma, 16 cases of Tcell lymphoma, 2 cases of Hodgkin! s disease. In 42 cases of Bcell lymphoma, few perforin and granzyme B positive cells scattered among tumor cells, in 11 cases and 14 cases, respectively. In 10 cases of peripheralTcell lymphoma, perforin and granzyme B posit ive w ere 8 cases and 9 cas es, respectively. In 11 cases of NK/ Tcell lymphoma (2 cases in the tissue microarray, 9 cases routine sections) , both perforin and granzyme B w ere strongly positive.
