By potential’s discovery and technological innovation, AM broadcast will play an important role within emergency broadcasting development. Base on the situation of AM transmitting station’s existing equipment, this paper proposed ideas to build MW Overcast Net for Emergency Broadcasting System. It analyzed the relationship of each time parameter related to the DTMF control signal, which is the key point in the emergency broadcasting terminal control technology.
