摇 第36卷第3期 煤摇 摇 炭摇 摇 学摇 摇 报 Vol.36摇 No.3摇 摇 2011年 3月 JOURNAL OF CHINA COAL SOCIETY Mar.摇 2011摇 摇 摇 文章编号:0253-9993(2011)03-0487-04 焦煤孔隙结构形态的实验研究 孟巧荣,赵阳升,胡耀青,冯增朝,于艳梅 (太原理工大学 采矿工艺研究所,山西 太原摇 030024) 摘摇 要:利用微焦点显微CT技术和压汞法分别对东曲2 号焦煤的孔隙结构进行测试,综合分析两 种方法所测结果,从孔隙连通性和尺度两个方面,全面研究了2 号焦煤的孔隙结构和形态特征。 研 究表明:2 号焦煤的孔隙率为17郾2%,连通的开放孔隙占27郾04%,封闭孔隙占72郾96%;孔径大于 0郾64 滋m 的孔占67郾74%,孔径介于0郾64 滋m和7郾50 nm 的孔占32郾26%,但比表面积占总比表面 积的93郾4%,煤中微孔径的孔数量很大;大量微孔径孔和封闭孔的存在导致煤体渗透性、连通性很 差。 东曲2 号煤的封闭孔多呈圆形、葫芦形和不规则形,孔隙壁厚,连通团呈镂空的雪片状,相互连 通的吼道小且少。 关键词:焦煤;孔隙结构;孔隙形态;微焦点CT;压汞法 中图分类号:TQ531郾1摇 摇 摇 文献标志码:A Experimental study on pore structure and pore shape of coking coal MENG Qiao鄄rong,ZHAO Yang鄄sheng,HU Yao鄄qing,FENGZeng鄄chao,YU Yan鄄mei (Mining Technology Institute,Taiyuan University of Technology,Taiyuan摇 030024,China) Abstract:Using micro focus CT and Hg鄄injection,pores structure of Dongqu No郾2 coking coal were tested,and two groups of data were got.From the two points of view—connectivity and scale of pores,characteristic of pore structure and shape were analyzed synthetically.The results show that porosity of No郾2 coking coal is 17郾2%,the ratio of con鄄 nectivited open pore to allporesis27郾04%,that of closedporeis72郾96%;thepercentageof theporewhich aperture is morethan0郾64 滋mis67郾74%,thepercentageofwhichporeapertureisfrom0郾64 滋mto7郾50 nmis32郾26%.But theratioof itsspecificsurfaceareatototalspecificsurfaceareais93郾4%,sothequantityofmicro鄄poresislarge,large number of micro鄄pores and closedporesresult inlow permeability andpoor connectivity.Closedpore of Dongqu No.2 coal are round,gourd鄄shaped or irregular,pore walls are thick.Connectivity group are like hollowed鄄out snowflakes, pore throats connected each other are few and small.
