26 10 2015 5 ,,230009 :,, 。 , ,, 。 : ,, 。 :;;;;; :TH117 .1 DOI:10 .3969/ .issn.1004 132X.2015 .10 .002 j Calculation Method of Spherical Plain Bearing Friction Temperature Field Yu Jianwei Wang Lifei Wei Wei Hefei University of Technology,Hefei,230009 Abstract :Taking thrust spherical lain bearing astheresearchobject,thecontact stressunderaxip - al load was analyzedandbasedon theexperimentalfriction torquethedynamicfrictioncoefficient was solved.Then combined with contact stress and friction coefficient,heat flow rate was calculated and servedas the second boundary condition for the unsteady temperature field finite element analysis of the bearing.Finally,using infraredcamera to shoot the outer surface of two-dimensional temperature distribution of thebearing friction rocess,then reliability of simulation resultswastested.Simulationp and experimentalresultsshow that:thecalculation methodhassolved the roblemsof accuratecalcup - lationof sphericalfrictioncoefficient andspatial distributionof theheatflow rate.Ignoring thespheri- cal ap when modeling will affect the contact stress distribution directly and cause a larger error ing temperature distribution.Considering a spherical ap a more accurate bearing friction temperatureg fieldcan beobtained.
