Abstract The probIem of a finite internaIIy cracked stiffened pIate with Ioad on the crack surface is stud! ied in this paper. The bending effect is negIected in the investigation.lt is assumed that the tangentiaI trac! tion aIong two sides of the cracked pIate is converted into the tension body force of the strip stiffener.After using the compatibiIity condition of the dispIacement between the edge of the cracked pIate and the strip, the finaI soIution is obtained.
