摘 要 : 遏用江外光谱攸、弓相色谱质谱肤用攸对咆祝机塑料外壳进行份析,证明宾主墓成份是以多淳肤紊醚
(PBDEs) 为主墓阻燃制的高冲击强度聚紊乙烯(HIPS)。埂过热重份析实验讨论了温度对多淳肤紊醚脱除
及HIPS 降沼的影响,雨定了脱除多淳肤紊醚的最佳温度为280 c,此时多淳肤紊醚的脱除李达83%。研
究了咆祝机塑料外壳申PBDEs 脱除过倡的质量传递规律,根据传质理论建立了PBDEs 脱除传质槽型,并
与实验戮据进行了对比,结果亲明:本槽型匣映了咆子塑料阻燃制脱除的矗本特征,阻燃制脱除过倡传质系
戮为 -1 -2 ,咆祝机塑料外壳阻燃制含量为 ,相对误麦小干 。

Abstract : TV shell was analyzed by means of fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and gas
chromatography/mass spectrometer. The main component of TV shell was confi rmed, which is HIPS
doped with PBDEs. The effects of temperature on degradation of HIPS and removal of PBDEs were
discussed through thermogravimetric analysis, it is concluded that 280c is the optimal temperature
point for removing PBDEs and protecting HIPS, and the removed effi ciency of PBDEs is about
83%. Mass transfer law of removal of PBDEs of TV shell was also studied. And according to the
mass transfer theory, the ideal mass transfer model was established, which refl ects the basic
characteristics of fl ame retardants removal exactly. By comparing with the experimental data,
