摘要:研究了Nb-Ti 微合金化超低碳低合金高强钢在控轧控冷及回火过程中含Nb 和Ti 相的析出行为及其与硬
度的关系。结果表明,Nb-Ti 微合金化超低碳低合金高强钢在控轧控冷驰豫过程及随后的回火过程中均有第二
相析出,在变形过程中Nb(C N )相析出颗粒更为细小,在回火过程中Nb (C N )依附于TiN 形核长大,600 C 回

火2 h 后其硬度高于其它温度回火后的硬度。

Abstract :The second phases containing Ti or Nb precipitation behavior and its effect on the mechanicaI property during
the thermomechanicaI controI processes (TMCP )and tempering in an extra Iow carbon HSLA steeI was studied. The re-
suIts show that the precipitation occurs during TMCP and tempering. The Nb(C N )particIe is smaIIer than TiN formed

in TMCP. Nb(C N )is nucIeated on TiN particIe and grows during tempering. The steeI reaches the highest Vickers

hardness when tempered at 600 C for 2 h.
