The concep t of SOA and the advan tage of arch itectu re are in troduced. By analyzing cu rren t state s p rob lem of CRM and ERP system , the de sign though t of the CRM and ERP in tegrating system ba sed on SOA is p re sen ted for telecom en terp rise. The standard in terface de sign and databa se de sign of the service realization layer are p re sen ted, and also the un ified m anagem en t of the ERP and CRM system data is realized.
