Methods: The literatures and related national standards about the insoluble particles in injections in recent years were analyzed to explore the feasible and effective measures in all aspects. Results: Strict implementation of the national standards, control of all aspects in production, configuration, use and promotion of precision infusion and other measures can effectively prevent the hazards of the insoluble particles in injections. Conclusion: Strengthening the medication guidance, enhancing the relevant standards, standardizing and improving the infusion equipment can effectively reduce the hazards of the insoluble particles in injections. KEY WORDS insoluble particles; injection; preventive measure 注射剂中的不溶性微粒是指药品在生产或使用过程 也正因为这样，注射剂给了患者“起效快”、“好药”的印象， 中经由各种途径产生或混入的微粒性杂质，粒径在 1 ～ 成为其被过度使用的重要推手。有数据显示，2009 年我 50 μm、肉眼不可见，但因其可随血液流
