供热系统远程换热站监测系统设计FINAL5.doc

摘 要 随着城市建设和经济的飞速发展环境保护和节约能源成为越来越重要的问题城市集中供热也成为城市尤其是北方城市供热的大势所趋如何使整个集中供热系统处于一个良好的高效的运行状态成为供热控制系统所必须解决的问题。开发和应用先进的自动控制系统，采用高效先进的控制算法，提高供热和监控的自动化程度是急需解决的主要问题。基于此本文依据城市供热系统换热站工艺的特点，提出了上位机采用美国 Intellution 公司的 FIX 组态软件、下位机采用 SHCAN2000 现场总线的控制系统的设计实现方法。 本文首先介绍了国内外供暖概况以及供热与控制系统发展的现状，分析了课题的意义。对集中供热系统换热站总体的介绍，此部分主要了自动控制系统的总体要求和系统的控制方案。第三章和第四章分别了现场总线控制系统的构成和实现。在构成部分对SHCAN2000 型现场总线控制系统硬件体系和软件体系作了详细的介绍。硬件体系有上位机操作站、CAN 总线网络和 SHCAN 型智能测控组件，软件体系有组态软件 FIX 简介、I/O 驱动程序-SHCANIO、SHCAN 下载与调试-SHCANCFG 及SHCAN 智能测控组件。With the rapid development of urban construction and economic, environmental protection and energy conservation has become increasingly important issue. Urban central heating has also become the general trend of the city, especially in the northern city of heating. How to make the whole central heating system be a good and efficient state, it has been a question that the heating control system must be addressed. However, the development and application of advanced automatic control system, employing advanced and efficient control algorithm, and improving the degree of automation of heating and monitoring are the main issues that urgent need to solve. Based on the above mentioned and the characteristics of central heating system, this paper proposed a design and realization method of Automatic Control System for central heating system that Host computer use FIX configuration software of U.S. Intellution Inc and Lower computer utilize SHCAN2000 fieldbus control system. Firstly, this paper introduces the heating profile at home and abroad as well as the status of the development of heating and control systems, meanwhile analysis of the meaning and purpose of the topic. Then introduced the overall heat transfer station on the central heating system. This part mainly analyzes the process characteristics and features of the heat transfer station heating system. Based on the actual needs, we propose the general requirements of the automatic control system and system control plan. T
