Data collection and analysis of the virtual instrument system were introduced emphatically. At the same time, it introduced the basic thought when measuring the data acquisition and measure of the w aveform simply . Combining the measurement with the modern motorcontrolsystem. This system also introduced the signal acquisition and control module w hich can realize the data acquisition w ith single channel or multi channels, analysis, display, memory, print and recall. It also provide a friendly humanmachine interface, contemporary, it is easy for the system maintenance and function expansion. The practical application has indicated that the systems operation is simple, and the processed signal can satisfy the experimental request.
