2011年绵阳市吸毒人群艾滋病监测分析 赵西和 廖克坤 何静 贾蜀光 杨红 姚卫 [摘要] 目的 了解吸毒人群艾滋病相关知识、行为及生物学现状, 为开展健康教育和行为干预提供依据。方法 在绵阳市涪城区、游仙区社区内采用滚雪球等方法招募吸毒人员400名，由经过培训的专业人员逐一进行问卷调查，并采血作HIV抗体、HCV抗体和梅毒抗体检测。结果 调查吸毒人员400名，艾滋病相关知识知晓率为85％；当前使用的主要毒品为海洛因占91.25%，静脉注射吸毒占65.75%，最近1个月与他人共用针具的比例为0.76%；最近1次性行为时安全套使用率为38.36%；最近1次与商业性伴发生性行为时安全套使用率为52.94%；最近1年接受艾滋病预防服务措施覆盖率为95%；HIV抗体阳性率为1.25%，HCV抗体阳性率为67.25%，梅毒抗体阳性率为3.50%。结论 绵阳市吸毒人群艾滋病相关知识知晓率较高，HIV抗体阳性率和注射毒品共用针具的比例低，但安全套使用率仍低，高危行为依然存在，需要继续加强各项干预措施的落实。 [关键词]吸毒人群；艾滋病；知识；行为；监测 AIDS Surveillance Among Drug Users in Mianyang,2011 ZHAO Xi-he, LiAO Ke-kun, HE Jing, JIA Shu-guang,YANG Hong,YAO Wei Mianyang Center for Disease Control and Prevention , Mianyang 621000,Sichuan Province,China. 作者单位：绵阳市疾病预防控制中心（绵阳621000） 作者简介：赵西和，男，副主任医师，主要研究方向：疾病控制 Abstract Objective To understand the awareness of AIDS related knowledge, behaviors and HIV infection status among drug users in Mianyang and provide evidence for the health education and intervention. Methods A total of 400 drug users were selected randomly from Fucheng and Youxian districts of Mianyang to conduct questionnaire survey and blood samples were taken from them for HIV,HCV and Syphilis detection. Results Totally 400 drug users were investigated. The awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge was 85%.Intravenous drug users (IDUs) accounted for 65.75%, and the rate of them who shared needles with others in last month was 0.76%. There were 38.36% of drug users used condoms at last sex, and 52.94% of drug users used condoms at last commercial sex. Up to 95% of drug users received preventive service of AIDS in last year. The positive rate of HIV,HCV and syphilis antibody 1.25%, 67.25% and3.50% respectively. Conclusions The awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge is high among the drug users in Mianyang, and the positive rate of HIV antibody and the rate of sharing needles are lower than before, but condoms use rate is low, high risk behaviors of HIV infection are still exist.
