I’m always ready to help others. I’m also good at the gathering of information and spread. I have much influence in a team and can adapt to this new world. During college, I had read lots of books systematically which then led finally to the creation of the system of knowledge in certain field. I’m good at grasping the whole as well as learning systematized knowledge. I’m very fond of discussing and studying together with companion. Weaknesses: In the period of university, I hadn’t taken the opportunity to train my organizational ability. Although I have many original ideas, I’m not good at express them. I’m not too confident and a little shy in public. Being short of experience and the efficiency expectations of myself being set low cause that I can’t get the right career. The knowledge I got in school is not so wide and most of it is quite obsolete and isn’t suitable for enterprise applications. Opportunities: The external factors: I can take part in the entrance exams for postgraduate schools; I’ll put some of my time into internship. There are a lot of things that offer and provide opportunities to get jobs, such as the economic situation of our country, industrial policy, laws and regulations, industrial development trends of all areas. The internal factors: I’m easygoing and had made many friends; these get me make the interpersonal relationships net. I have the love of learning and can be open to new ideas. I can also get my minds varied with the times. Threats: they mostly come from outside. They are reflected in that the saturation of talent requirements, the low-cost competitors and the high entry barriers. The terrible financial position is one threat, too.
