两种培训方法对护士掌握急救车不同效果观察 胡淑芬 游莉 吴焰 (广东医学院附属深圳福田医院心内科 广东 深圳 518033) 【摘要】 目的 探讨不同培训方法对护士掌握急救车不同效果观察,提高护士对车内药品和物品存放位置、使用方法的掌握程度,提高工作效率。方法 对照组采用传统培训方法,实验组在传统培训方法基础上增加系统培训考核计划,比较两组护士对急救车掌握情况。结果 急救车物品药品拿取时间,实验组为2.5±1.5S,对照组为3.6±1.8S;掌握药品常规配制方法,实验组为100℅,对照组为80℅;呼吸气囊规范使用,完全掌握为80℅,基本掌握为20℅;对照组完全掌握为48℅,基本掌握为32℅,未掌握为20℅。差异有统计学意义。结论 急救车管理除遵照“五常法”、“封条管理”保证完好率100℅外,更重要的是加强对护士的系统培训、考核工作,让护士掌握急救车、正确使用车内物品和药品,提高工作效率。 【关键词】培训方法 急救车 掌握 An observation on the effect of two different skill training methods for the use of emergency console HU Shu-fen, YOU Li, WU Yan Cardiovascular department of Guangdong Medical University Affiliated Shenzhen Futian Hospital, Guangdong, Shenzhen, 518033 Abstract Objective To evaluate the effect of two skill training methods for the use of emergency console, enhance the nurses’ mastery to use skills and familiarization to the locations of items, hence to increase working efficiency. Method Traditional training method was used in contral group. In experimental group, a systemic access program was added on the base of traditional traiding method. Use skills were tested and compared between two groups. Results Time for item fetch in experimental group and contral group was 2.5?.5S and 3.6?.8S, respectively. Correct routine medicine compound was 100% in experimental group and 80% in contral group. Use skill of breathing balloon was tested in both grou为8p. In experimental group, 80% of nurses gained complete mastery and 20% gained basic mastery. In contral group, rate of complete mastery, basic mastery, and non-mastery was 48%, 32%, and 20%, respectively. Stastic differences were found between two groups. Conclusion In the management of emergency console, “five-routine regulation” and “sealing strip management” ensure item integrity in one hundred percent. Besides that, it is more important to enhance skill mastery, ensure correct use of items, and increase working efficiency by strenthening systemic traiding and skill accessing. key words Training met
