Ansys课程设计
摘要:本次课程设计以64m双线铁路栓焊下承桁梁为对象,使用Ansys建立有限元模型,并对其在各种工况组合作用下的强度和变形进行了分析计算,旨在验算其强度及安全性。计算分析结果表明,该钢桁梁桥的纵梁及横梁的整体挠度及内力均满足梁桥设计的安全要求。

该桥为64m双线铁路栓焊下承桁梁,并采用简支结构,其设计轮廓图如下:

有限元模型分析
2、1建模思路
Ansys建模采用实体建模,自底向上的建模方法,即先定义关键点,然后在关键点的基础上连接成线,之后在初步形成的图形上划分网格,生成节点和单元,并定义截面类型,即可得到有限元模型。
