Property Times Beijing Q3 2012 Office demand easing  In Q3 2012, with no new projects launching in the Beijing grade A office market, 15 October 2012 the overall availability ratio fell 0.27 percentage points quarter-on-quarter (q-o- q) to 2.18%. Overall office rent increased 2.30% q-o-q to RMB 295.47 (US$46.53) Contents per sq m per month (Figure 1). Affected by the weakening economy, demand for office space in Beijing slowed down.
